Our philosophy

Our philosophy is to CARE, which isn’t some altruistic cliche for us. It is our “raison d’être”. To CARE means it is our responsibility to do everything in our power to bring about the most positive outcome of every endeavor and challenge we take on. We care by maximizing the following characteristics on every software project we participate in and manage:

  • Collaboration
Collaboration means that every team member behaves cohesively with one-another.
  • Agility
Agile approaches to problem-solving are favored over and against strict process driven approaches to maximize the uniqueness of every software project delivery, and encourage creative contributions to each project.
  • Respect
Every team member must be respected, regardless of their level of expertise, their mastery of any given technology and/or their performance.
  • Evolution
A software project is in constant evolution, which means that every step taken has ramifications on the future of the software. A particular software’s evolution is as important as the immediate software deliverable itself.

Our strengths

We’ve been told that these are some of our strengths. We’d love for you to see for yourself.

  • An addictive passion for software

  • Breaking down silos between team members

  • Project management and software delivery

  • Training and mentoring

Our people

Our experience is that what make some people great at what they do is not only what they know, not only what they contribute to projects they work on, it is the extra spark in them that causes them to go the extra mile, to CARE a little more than the next person about the quality of their contributions and the effect they have on the overall outcome.

There is a “je ne sais quoi” in some people that we are constantly looking out for, something that is at once illusive, but that consistently demonstrates a little bit of unmistakable brilliance that is impossible to fake.
